Amanda is a provisionally registered psychologist who works with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and interpersonal challenges. She has a strong interest in supporting individuals as they navigate emotional difficulties and relationship concerns that impact their wellbeing and daily functioning.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy. Amanda supports clients in developing practical coping strategies, increasing emotional awareness, and fostering healthier, more fulfilling relationships within a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.

Availability:

Amanda works on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
