Sarah is a provisionally registered psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals to create meaningful therapeutic goals, and to develop practical skills to improve overall general wellbeing. She uses compassionate support and evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help individuals move towards a more balanced and purposeful life.

 

Sarah is deeply committed to providing a safe environment for clients to explore more effective ways of coping with life's challenges including Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Autism, ADHD, and Developmental and/or Behavioural Challenges in children.

Availability:

Sarah works on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
