Katie is a provisional psychologist who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents and adults to better understand themselves and improve overall wellbeing. Her practice combines compassion with evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help individuals navigate life's challenges. Katie tailors her approach towards each client's unique strengths, goals and context, moving them towards creating meaningful and lasting change.

Katie supports clients experiencing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, emotional regulation and work or school related stress. She is dedicated to creating a safe and neuro-affirming space where clients feel heard, understood and supported.

Availability:

Katie works on Mondays and Tuesdays.
